The Winter Beach Historical Society’s mission is to preserve, promote and protect the historical significance of the unincorporated community of Winter Beach. Our goal is to gather documents and educate those interested in learning about the early pioneers of Indian River County.

You're Invited: 1st Annual Old Fashioned Fish Fry!

Saturday, September 27th, 2025 | 11AM - 2PM at Kiwanis-Hobart Park: 5555 77th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32967

Join us for a good old-fashioned fish fry, Winter Beach style! We’ll be serving up crispy fried mullet, baked beans, coleslaw, golden hush puppies, and a selection of desserts—just like the good ol’ days!

Come hungry and enjoy a delicious meal while connecting with neighbors and celebrating our rich local history. Bring yourself and your appetite!

Tickets available for a suggested donation of $15 for adults and $10 for children.

All proceeds support The Winter Beach Historical Society, who's mission is to preserve, promote, and protect the historical significance of Winter Beach.
